CAMPING

We have 60 pitches available for motorhomes/caravans, some along the waterfall with spectacular views, some with large lawns and some closer to the playground/sanitary facilities.

There are several camping areas along the river and waterfall. Additionally, we have one area near a pond a bit away from the river.

CABINS AND APARTMENTS

We have 14 newly renovated cabins built in traditional Norwegian log style with turf roofs, as well as 5 apartments. All of them provide the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.

RESTAURANT

We have a large restaurant building connected to the reception and swimming pool. Here, you will have ample space to enjoy both the magnificent nature with views of beautiful mountain areas and valleys, as well as our famous pizza or any other delicious dish paired with great drinks.

Dønfoss Camping is situated by the mighty Dønfoss river in the picturesque municipality of Skjåk. With modern comfort and plenty of exciting activities in close proximity, it offers something for everyone, both young and old.

FACILITIES

We have a large swimming pool built into the rock, with a separate children’s pool. Here, you can swim in heated glacier water coming from the waterfall outside.

There are 2 playgrounds with trampolines and other play equipment.

There are four 22 kW charging stations for electric vehicles on the site.

From Dønfoss, you can embark on numerous hikes through forests, along canyons, rivers, and mountains.
